How it Works: Kitchen Spraying

How it Works: Bespoke Joinery & Furniture Spraying

Restore and rejuvenate your kitchen doors, drawers, units, cabinets and plinths with a respray - Completely transform your kitchen

1. The working area is fully protected with Proplex sheeting before any spraying begins.

2. All new joinery is thoroughly prepared, including sanding, filling any defects, and sealing where required.

3. Removable components are taken to the workshop for completion in controlled conditions.

1. Before any spray work begins in your home, air extractors are positioned to help remove airborne dust and control overspray.

2. The spray process then begins, typically with three primer coats followed by three topcoats.

1. Once the spraying is complete, the site is fully cleared, with all protective coverings removed and disposed of.

2. Components finished in the workshop are returned to site and carefully reinstalled, along with handles and any other fittings.

1. Your kitchen worktops and floors are fully protected before any work begins.

2. All doors and drawer fronts are carefully removed, labelled, and transported to the workshop for spraying.

3. Appliances and the interiors of units are fully masked off to protect against dust and overspray.

4. Preparation begins with a thorough clean, degrease, and sanding of all components. Any repairs or defects are rectified before spraying starts.

5. Once preparation is complete, the spraying process begins, typically with three primer coats followed by three topcoats for a smooth, durable finish.

1. While the on-site work is being completed, the doors and any other removed components are already being prepared and sprayed in the workshop.

2. Each component goes through a meticulous preparation and spraying process to achieve a smooth, high-end finish.

3. Once a thorough quality check has been completed, all components are carefully wrapped and prepared for transport back to site.

1. Back on site, all components are carefully reinstalled, along with handles and new soft-close buffers where required.

2. All hinges are checked and realigned where necessary, and any damaged hinges are replaced.

3. Your kitchen is left looking refreshed, refined, and transformed.
